Pay: $42.08 - $63.86 + $2.25 (Educational Leader Allowance) p/h

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Glenwood – Forman Avenue

Join a vibrant and collaborative team as an Early Childhood Teacher – Educational Leader where your career can truly flourish Conveniently located near public transport, local business parks, a hospital, and a bustling shopping complex, our centre offers easy access and a dynamic environment.

We pride ourselves on fostering a family-like team atmosphere where fun and camaraderie are integral to our daily routine. Our culture emphasizes belonging and collaboration, ensuring that everyone feels valued and connected.

• Educational Leader Non-Contact Hours : Dedicated 8 hours per week to fostering creativity and innovation.
• Work in a 90-place centre with 5 well-equipped rooms, including a dedicated curriculum room and admin area.
• Enjoy a flexible 8-week rotating roster with opening, middle and closing shifts. Centres operating hours are from 6:30am – 6:30pm.
• Take advantage of mentoring opportunities in a floating position and increase visibility across the centre.

You'll Need

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
