About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Sheridan Kotara Outlet.

  • This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with Sheridan customers.
  • Selling premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards.
  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
