About the RoleWe're seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, support and train your team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. With a strong focus on service, sales, and operations, this role offers variety and scope for career development.
What You Will Do- Support the Store Manager in all areas of operations and team leadership
- Deliver expert customer service and advice across a wide product range
- Assist with stock control, merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Coach and motivate the team to meet sales and service targets
- Take responsibility for opening, closing, and daily reporting tasks
- Previous leadership experience in retail or related industries
- Strong customer service skills and a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for retail
- $72K + Super with a stable Sun - Thurs roster
