Overview

You'll be the trusted advisor to some of Australia's most successful individuals—delivering tailored banking and wealth solutions that go far beyond the expected. With your deep expertise and proven ability to navigate complex lending, you'll grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through both new-to-bank relationships and existing connections. This full-time role is based in our Brisbane office, where you'll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Build deep, trusted relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) / ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
  2. Lead complex lending and structure bespoke credit solutions.
  3. Deliver a holistic banking, wealth, and service proposition.
  4. Collaborate across teams to elevates client outcomes.
  5. Help clients create enduring financial advantages for generations.
  6. Mandarin language skills are highly desirable.
Qualifications
  1. Proven success in building deep, trusted relationships with HNW/UHNW clients.
  2. Strong capability in complex lending and structuring bespoke credit solutions.
  3. Confidence in delivering a holistic banking, wealth, and service proposition.
  4. A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly across teams to elevate client outcomes.
  5. A passion for helping clients create enduring financial advantages for generations.
  6. Mandarin language skills highly desirable.
