About the Role

A prominent and well-established regional airline charter company is seeking a highly skilled and professional Captain to take command of flight operations across Western Australia. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced aviator who exemplifies leadership, integrity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all flight operations safely and efficiently, in full compliance with CASA regulations, the Company Operations Manual, and the Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Maintain accurate records of duty and flight times to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and company-mandated limits.
  • Ensure all pilot qualifications, endorsements, and certifications remain current in line with the requirements set out in the Operations Manual.
  • Adhere to the company's Drug and Alcohol Policy, including participation in random testing as mandated by CASA.
  • Participate in scheduled performance evaluations to ensure operational proficiency and compliance with internal standards.
  • Support the smooth running of aviation operations by proactively addressing operational and administrative matters as they arise.
  • Represent the airline with professionalism at all times by maintaining high standards of personal presentation, including correct and complete uniform wear, and fostering positive interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A valid Australian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
  • A current Command Instrument Rating (CIR).
  • A valid CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Current Dangerous Goods Awareness Training.
  • Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 2,500 hours turbine command time.
  • Minimum 500 hours multi-engine command time.
  • Ability to hold, or current holder of, a valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  • Must be able to obtain current National Police Clearance and pass Pre-Employment Medical.
