Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician located in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, performing preventive maintenance, handling minor plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations, and working with electrical components of HVAC systems. The technician will also need to provide exceptional customer service and work efficiently to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
  • Skills in preventive maintenance and minor plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance
  • Experience with electricity and electrical components of HVAC systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of relevant HVAC certifications and licenses is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is beneficial
