As a volunteer, you will be a part of a dedicated team, bringing comfort, dignity and support to people when they need it most. Whether it's offering a listening ear, providing companionship, helping with lifestyle activities or simply sharing a friendly smile, your time and your presence can make a powerful difference.
Responsibilities- Offer a listening ear and companionship to residents
- Assist with lifestyle activities such as board games, music, craft, art and social engagement
- Provide social outings and accompany residents on bus trips
- Support residents with gardening activities
- Assist and support residents during meal times
- Be part of a compassionate, mission-driven health care team
- Support residents, their families and our staff in a meaningful way
- Develop new skills and grow personally
- Experience the reward of giving your time and heart
