With a team of professionals and a strong, ever-growing pipeline of work, we are seeking an additional Licensed Surveyor to join our Victorian team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors, including housing, construction, and land development, alongside some of the industry's most recognised developers and consultants.

Partnering with our three licensed surveyors and the management team, you will be pivotal in steering the department in its future direction.

Your Role

Reporting To The Survey Manager, You Will

  • Lead and manage survey projects, including preparing accurate survey documentation in compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and Submit survey documentation to relevant authorities.
  • Monitor WIP against project budgets and ensure timely delivery and project requirements are met.
  • Perform cadastral surveying and subdivision work.
  • Mentor and coach a team of talented surveyors to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, quality standards.

This role is primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility, though fieldwork will be required.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Surveying and registration as a Licensed Surveyor with the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria.
  • Eligibility to act as a supervising surveyor for PTA candidates (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of cadastral legislation and subdivision processes.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Experience with Leica equipment (desirable).
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for developing future surveyors.
