Our Centre was created to provide a dedicated service for the Canberra community, providing assessment/diagnostics and evidence based therapy to children, adolescents and adults.

Our team of experienced clinicians are highly motivated in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents and adults. We are committed to evidence-based practice, innovation and delivering tailored care to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Our Assessment Team is passionate in their provision of high quality, best practice assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopment disorders (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders etc.). Professional development into these areas of practie is available.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents and families.

What you'll be doing:

Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for clients

Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and therapies, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy

Collaborate with other professionals to deliver holistic care

Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the Centre's initiatives

Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards

Who we are looking for:

Clinical and Registered Psychologists

Clinical Psychology Graduates with a Master's or Doctoral degree, and Early Career Psychologists

Experience in child and adolescent mental health

Interest in therapy and/or assessments (e.g. ADHD, Autism)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

Ability to work independently, and collaboratively

Commitment to continuous professional development and upholding ethical standards

Full-time, part-time, permanent or contract
