BizBuilds is a brand-new venture set to revolutionize the way entrepreneurs launch their businesses. We're developing an all-in-one platform that simplifies every step of the startup journey, from ideation to launch. Our platform will provide a guided, step-by-step process, leveraging AI-driven tools to assist with everything from market research and business plan creation to legal registration and initial marketing strategy. We believe that great ideas should not be held back by complex processes. We are a founder with a strong background in software development and a clear vision for the product. Now, we're seeking a like-minded partner to help build this company from the ground up.

The Role: Co-Founder (Visionary & Strategy Partner)

We are not looking for an employee—we're looking for an equal partner. This is a chance to have a massive impact on a company from day one, with significant equity and the opportunity to shape the future of our business. We need a visionary with a passion for entrepreneurship and a deep understanding of business strategy, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy, business model, and long-term vision.
  • Business Development: Forge key partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and lead sales and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Marketing & Branding: Define our brand identity, build our marketing strategy, and manage all external communications.
  • Operational Leadership: Help build the foundation of our company, including hiring, team culture, and day-to-day operations.
  • Fundraising: Collaborate on pitches and secure initial funding rounds.

Who You Are

You are more than just a business person; you're a builder. You have a proven track record of success in a business leadership role, ideally within a startup environment. You're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is excited by the challenge of turning an idea into a scalable business.

You should have:

  • Extensive experience in business development, marketing, or operations.
  • A deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges new entrepreneurs face.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong bias for action and a resourceful, problem-solving mindset.
  • A burning desire to create something truly impactful.
