Corporate Development Associate – Capital & Growth – Melbourne
Responsibilities- Drive strategic initiatives, M&A, and growth projects across the group
- Collaborate with senior leadership on investment strategy & deal execution
- Support the team on corporate growth strategies, capital raising, financial structuring, and investment analysis
- Prepare Board and investor materials, conduct investment analysis and feasibility studies, support capital raising and deal execution
- Assist with new fund and business development initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and operational teams to ensure deals and strategic projects are delivered efficiently
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to structure deals and optimize investment outcomes
- 2 - 4 years' experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or a related field
- Strong corporate finance, financial modelling, and capital structuring skills
- Analytical, commercially aware, and confident presenting financial information to senior stakeholders
