The Company

The Role

  • Support installation and setup of the surgical robot system across Q'land hospitals
  • Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and OR staff to prepare surgical environments
  • Coordinate and execute tailored training programs for surgeons and hospital teams
  • Guide hospital staff on instrument reprocessing and sterilisation
  • Deliver ongoing coaching and support to clinical teams post-install
  • Track and report outcomes that demonstrate the system's clinical and operational value
  • Assist with awareness initiatives and customer engagement
  • Support broader technology adoption by attending non-robotic cases
  • Manage data capture and reporting processes

About You

  • Tertiary qualified with a bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in clinical support or capital equipment sales
  • Strong understanding of operating room environments
  • Skilled in project execution from concept to implementation
  • Change management experience highly regarded
  • Willing to travel; occasional weekend work required
