Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven and passionate sales professional to join our growing team as a Territory Manager - Victoria. As the face of Proudi in your region, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, clinics, and distributors, growing sales, and promoting our premium pet food products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by promoting pet products to retailers, clinics, and distributors.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, education, and value-added services.
  • Promotional Plans: Execute promotional plans and marketing campaigns in-store to drive brand awareness and product engagement.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities within the territory, such as emerging stores, vet clinics, or pet service providers.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and merchandising standards to ensure consistent product availability and presentation.
  • Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity within the territory.
  • New Product Launches: Support new product launches through training, demonstrations, and promotional activity.
