Role detailsThe Workforce Partnerships and Professional Development team at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for a Mental Health Information Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. Please refer to the attached Role Description for application instructions and mandatory requirements.
Your opportunityThis position provides the Mackay Division of Mental Health and AODS with a central point of contact for mental health information management. Responsibilities include maintaining and retrieving accurate service data, monitoring processes and business rules, managing system issues with QH Corporate teams, providing information systems training, and end-user support. The role currently involves ongoing maintenance, support, data integrity, and evaluation of the Consumer Mental Health and Addiction Application (CIMHA), as well as initial and ongoing training for clinical and administrative staff. The position will also play a key role in implementing future information systems related to Mental Health.
About The TeamThe Workforce Partnerships and Professional Development Team works within a multidisciplinary framework to deliver high-quality services safely, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Staff collaborate with each other, consumers, families/carers, and external service providers.
