As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

  • Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning Ballina offers a secure setting in East Ballina shopping centre and close to the beach.
  • Engaging Community Activities: Initiatives like play stations and large interactive outdoor areas which promote meaningful connections between children, families, and educators, as well as enjoyable learning experiences.
  • Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths. This 90-place centre is Rated Exceeding National Quality Standard.

You'll Need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSWWorking with Children Check
