About the role

KJC Hair Studio, a dynamic hair salon in Penrith NSW 2750, is seeking two full time and part time dynamic and experienced Hairdressers to join our talented team. This is a position where you will play a key role in providing exceptional hair services to our valued clients. KJC is a diamond Keune salon and as such has great product to work with, great support and a fantastic commission structure.

What you'll be doing

Providing a full range of hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments

Consulting with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions

Maintaining a high standard of hair care and ensuring the salon environment is clean and well-organised

Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques and products to provide clients with the best possible experience

Contributing to the overall success of the salon through excellent customer service and teamwork

What we're looking for
  • Formal qualifications in hairdressing, such as a Certificate III in Hairdressing
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working as a Hairdresser in a salon environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Creativity and an eye for detail to deliver high-quality hair services
  • A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
