The OpportunityWith an expanding project pipeline, we seek an ambitious Principal Structural Engineer. As a technical leader within a supportive team of Engineers, Architects, and Designers, you will be involved in a broad range of projects, from industrial buildings to utilities infrastructure.
You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be vital as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and clients to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions. Based in our Melbourne office, you will support the local team and foster a culture of creativity and innovation, while enabling team development.
