About The Opportunity

Position: Psychologist – Grade 2
EFT: 30 hours per fortnight (0.4)
Location: WREN Hospital in the Home service based at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road, Melbourne
Remuneration: Salary range: $48.48 to $55.40 per hour (as per current Ramsay Health Care Victoria Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2023) + super + higher qualification allowance if applicable.

  • This position will work within Wren's Hospital in the Home service as a psychologist, providing evidence-based psychological group and individual interventions to participants admitted to this service.
  • You will work collaboratively with participants, their networks, and multi-disciplinary team members to provide effective short-term interventions to participants at Wren with complex presentations.
  • This role requires you to facilitate groups with participants at Wren.
  • This role will involve home visits.
  • You will support opportunities for quality improvement and service development at Wren.
  • This role will contribute to the ongoing learning and professional development of the Wren team.

About You

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology preferable).
  • General Registration as a Psychologist. Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009 (preferable).
  • Australian working rights and be willing to undergo a Background Check.
  • Experience providing treatment in the field of eating disorders (ANZAED Credential desirable).
  • Experience providing treatment in the field of perinatal mental health.
  • Experience working within an acute mental health inpatient unit.

Requirements

  • You must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • You must provide a current Working-With-Children check.
  • You must provide proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
  • You must have a current Victorian Drivers Licence.
