The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Team Member to join our high-performing team in Adelaide, South Australia.

You will be responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by going above and beyond expectations. You will also identify opportunities to enhance the tenant and visitor experience.

Your key responsibilities

  • Offer engaging, personalized welcome and farewell experiences to staff, clients, and contractors
  • Recognize VIPs, guests, and building staff, using their names whenever possible.
  • Maintain well-presented reception spaces, guest lounges, and meeting rooms.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure people and building safety.
  • Assist with uploading information to tenant portals.
  • Provide a concierge service for ticketing, event, and venue inquiries.
  • Manage administrative tasks as requested by tenants, including mailroom, postage, reports, etc.
