Overview

Join to apply for the Service Advisor - Afternoon shift role at Freighter Group. Freighter Group, a market-leading Australian transport solutions innovator, is seeking a talented Service Advisor to join our team in Brooklyn, specifically for the afternoon shift. This role connects our valued clients with our sales and workshop teams, supporting operational excellence and outstanding service while upholding Freighter Group's core values. This role is full-time and onsite Monday to Friday.



Responsibilities
  • Front-Line Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact during the afternoon, building and nurturing robust relationships with our diverse customer base.
  • Precision Administration: Manage administrative functions, including accurate estimating, meticulous quoting, streamlined invoicing, and proactive, timely customer communication.
  • Operational Synergy: Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure efficient service delivery and project completion.
  • Safety & Compliance: Champion our commitment to safety protocols and contribute to maintaining exemplary operational standards.
  • Problem-Solving & Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer needs, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes.


Qualifications
  • Exceptional Communicator: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a natural flair for building rapport.
  • Meticulously Organised: Outstanding organisational abilities and acute attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Thrives in a team environment, with a proactive and supportive approach to colleagues.
  • Aptitude for the Industry: Strong mechanical skills complemented by good computer aptitude.
  • Proven Experience: Ideally over 12 months of valuable experience within the industry.
