Our Crew members are the front line of our operation. You will be greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, restocking the fridges, basic food preparation, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. Experience in hospitality or fast-paced environments is helpful but not essential. You are open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort with a positive, reliable attitude.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and assemble food items as required
- Roll burritos and perform basic food preparation
- Restock fridges and maintain clean working environments
- Assist other team members and learn additional roles as needed
- Experience in hospitality or fast-paced environments is helpful but not essential
- Willingness to be coached and to learn
- Can-do attitude and reliability to follow through
