We are looking for Senior Technical ITSM specialists to join our growing team of consultants engaged across a variety of Federal Government implementation Projects in Canberra.

Responsibilities
  • You will be tasked with providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' needs across our portfolio of Federal Government Clients.
  • You are required to have a solid understanding of our customers' businesses and to act (sometimes onsite) as a trusted advisor to help create and maintain effective customer relationships in order to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of NV1 level AGSVA clearance
  • Experience managing Enterprise ITSM tools deployed across Windows and Linux environments
  • Strong experience with ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of containerisation technologies (Kubernetes certification an advantage)
  • Understanding of secure communication
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell and SQL
