As an Associate Consultant, you will:

  • Using your Psychology qualifications to design and deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions by partnering with our highly talented and experienced organisational psychology and consulting team,
  • Deliver proactive programs that empower WH&S teams and business leaders to foster psychologically safe environments
  • Leverage your mental health expertise, data-driven thinking, and commercial acumen to elevate mental health outcomes and organisational performance – let's convert theory into practice

What we are looking for:

  • A passionate and energetic individual to join a growing team looking to make an impact where it matters – people
  • Qualification towards or current registration as a psychologist (clinical or organisational preferred) with AHPRA is desirable
  • An interest in professional services and consulting to organisations to build your career in psychosocial safety, mental health and wellbeing, workplace psychology, and related OD fields
  • A passion for problem solving and to create better work environments in organisations and support people in their psychological wellbeing
  • Confidence and credibility when presenting and communicating a range of information including workplace strategies, solutions and mental health topics to individuals, leaders and teams
