This is a Marketing Coordinator - Qantas loyalty role with Qantas based in Mascot, NSW, AU

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide marketing support to drive opportunities through effective campaigns across multiple channels. Your daily responsibilities will include supporting the growth of loyalty social channels and marketing campaigns in the partnerships space by preparing briefs, completing website updates, developing EDMs and social assets. You will also be responsible for keeping the team, and stakeholders on track with delivering campaigns on time and managing WIP documents. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and nurture successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver great outcomes for our business. This includes working with Qantas Loyalty Marketing Managers, Commercial Managers, data & analytics, brand and legal, as well as liaising with agency partners to manage content in owned and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

Website management: Updating promotions across partnership web pages and member platforms

Campaign management: Briefing creative, reviewing collateral and keeping projects on track

Reporting: Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and documenting performance to identify key opportunities for optimisation

Time management: You're able to take ownership of work, with proven prioritisation skills with ability to juggle several campaigns at one time

Stakeholder management: You're confident in working with external partners as well as across internal teams to drive campaigns forward

Passion: You're keen to unlock new opportunities for growth, explore new marketing ideas, and enjoy working with a variety of channels (eDM, paid social, digital display, SEM)

Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline preferred

Previous Experience: You'll have previous experience working on digital and/or email marketing campaigns, website management and social media
