A bit about us…

Fusion opened its doors to clients all around the world starting in mid-2019. Last year, we grew revenue and our client growth by triple digits, and we're on pace to do far more than that in 2025, outpacing our competitors who are many years older than us. We are a talented team of young professionals who deliver a range of trading products focused on providing the lowest costs for global clients looking to trade Forex, Cryptos, Stocks, Commodities and more. Every month, our clients trade north of $250 billion on our trading platforms all across the globe. What you will own

Compliance Leadership

• Lead and develop the compliance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high engagement.
• Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management and stakeholders.

Compliance Operations

• Manage end-to-end KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, AML and CTF programs.
• Conduct compliance control testing and implement robust compliance frameworks.
• Manage incident response, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Oversee due diligence and management of outsourced service providers, including contract oversight and third-party onboarding.
• Coordinate with offshore compliance resources as required.
• Review marketing materials and promotions to ensure regulatory compliance prior to release.

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure adherence to Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) obligations and act as the Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Officer.
• Liaise with regulators such as ASIC, AUSTRAC, and AFCA, managing investigations and regulatory communications.
• Address complaints, breaches, fraud, and suspicious transactions, identifying areas for control enhancement.

AFSL Management

• Manage regulatory applications and maintain current AFSL licenses, serving as the primary contact for all regulatory bodies and authorities.
• Continuously review and update compliance manuals, policies, procedures, and training programmes to reflect the latest regulatory changes.
• Oversee the compliance training programme, ensuring staff adherence to legislative requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits, liaise with external service providers if required.
