OverviewWe are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc. This work involves posing as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience. Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The number of assignments offered to you depends on your availability, your ability to successfully complete the tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability.
Responsibilities- Visit retail outlets and report on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc.
