Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sonographer to join our team on a casual basis (morning shift only).

Genea sonographers provide frontline care to our patients, supporting them through fertility treatment. This role involves interacting with patients and nursing staff within a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Trans vaginal and, when requested, trans abdominal follicle tracking scans
• Collaborating with doctors and nursing staff to support each patient
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical data entry

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Sonographer with current registration who is genuinely interested in specialising in fertility. The successful candidate will have strong imaging skills and excellent people skills, as a large part of this role involves support and counselling. We are looking for an empathetic Sonographer who can build rapport and provide authentic care to our patients.

As this role is office-based, strong administration skills and technical competence are required. Genea uses multiple IT systems that you will need to learn.
