ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Success Manager role reports directly to our Head of Client Transformation, while also working closely with other key members of the team.
- You will be our members' first point of contact once they join our club or program. You will be by their side every step of their journey with us to ensure they have everything they need to succeed.
- You will conduct one-on-one Onboarding Calls to welcome new members into the program.
- You will support our clients and develop customised coaching plans to help them meet their unique needs and goals.
- You will maintain accurate client data and ensure we are in regular meeting rhythms with all members. You will review and update Client Health Scores and assist with Quarterly Plans.
- You will run one-on-one client accountability calls to ensure our members are on track to achieve their quarterly goals.
- You will monitor our members' attendance and engagement within the community and implement retention strategies to ensure each member achieves their success and our average client lifespan is met or exceeded.
- You will ensure that all client queries are resolved within a timely manner.
This is a completely remote position and we would love this position to work in the Australian Eastern Time Zone (AEDT/AEST) or for you to be based in Australia.
We are looking for someone to work 30 hours per week and who wants to be a part of a movement and be an integral part of our team: It has to be hell yes from both of us

Full Training and Support - Every new team member will go through a 4 week training course to make sure you are fully confident in your role. We will provide training on our processes, and you will have an intrapreneurial mindset. You will become a master of our content and receive our in house training and support valued at over $25,000. We also run a peak performance environment with daily, weekly and quarterly support to make sure you reach your goals.
Travel with our team to our events: Join us and our clients at our bi-annual 3-day intensives. You'll be staying in luxury and dining at the best restaurants with our amazing team and clients.
