Senior Business Analyst for Capital Markets Transformation

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large-scale transformation program in the Australian financial industry. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing stakeholder needs, assessing new concepts against current systems and procedures, and providing high-quality business analysis artefacts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess new concepts against current systems and procedures
  • Analyze stakeholder needs from an end-to-end perspective
  • Engage internal and external clients through various facilitation techniques
  • Provide high-quality, fit-for-purpose business analysis artefacts
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets
  • Proven understanding of derivatives and back-office processes
  • Technical exposure to Swift (ISO preferred) & FIX
  • Experience in requirement gathering, BRD preparation, and user story development
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
