About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to take full leadership of the culinary operations, driving innovation and excellence in Retro Classic European cuisine. Reporting directly to the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing kitchen team
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and OH&S compliance standards
  • Implementing quality control measures to uphold consistent food excellence and presentation
  • Designing and leading the execution of a European-inspired culinary vision across all dining outlets
  • Overseeing all kitchen operations including food preparation, service, cost control, and staff management
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment
  • Creativity, precision, and passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences
  • Current Executive Chef experience or 2–3 years experience as a Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing teams in high-end or resort-style kitchens
