Job Description

The Settlements Officer role manages loan settlements with exceptional standards, ensuring timely and accurate completion. The successful candidate will prioritize tasks, liaise with stakeholders, and support internal sales staff and external partners.

Key responsibilities include preparing settlement documentation, escalating issues as needed, and providing high-level customer service to key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be resilient and adaptable, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
