About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Lead Prototyping Designer to join our Innovation Studio. You will develop prototypes and storytelling artifacts to shape our platform's future, working closely with product teams, user researchers, and people scientists. You will also mentor designers and help evolve our design processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop high-fidelity prototypes to envision future platform experiences that drive business outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with engineers to innovate UI front-end development and craft seamless user experiences.
  3. Create systems-based solutions using mapping and storytelling methods to communicate complex ideas.
  4. Utilize human insights and people science to inform innovation and drive meaningful change.
  5. Identify and plan roadmappable projects with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible results.
  6. Evolve the visual style of the UI to maintain a consistent brand identity.
  7. Mentor designers and contribute to design communities to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
  8. Leverage technology and design knowledge to improve processes and craft efficient workflows.
  9. Work closely with the design systems team on pattern implementation to ensure consistency across the platform.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 10+ years experience in a design-related field with a proven track record of success.
  2. A portfolio of high-quality interactive prototypes that demonstrate your expertise.
  3. Proficiency in frontend web technologies and design software to bring ideas to life.
  4. Experience in innovation or transformation projects that have driven significant impact.
  5. Understanding of complex, large-scale software systems to navigate and solve problems.
