A leading private investment and development group is seeking a sharp, commercially minded Analyst to join their high-performing team. With a diversified platform spanning real estate, private credit, and financial services, this firm has a strong pipeline of debt and equity opportunities and a disciplined, long-term approach to value creation.

The Opportunity:
This role will see you play a key part in assessing, structuring, and managing private credit and real estate transactions. You'll work closely with senior leadership across the full deal lifecycle—from origination and credit analysis through to execution and portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed credit assessments on new investment opportunities, with a focus on real estate-backed lending and structured finance
  • Build and maintain financial models and scenario analysis for private credit transactions
  • Prepare investment papers and present recommendations to the internal investment committee
  • Support due diligence and legal documentation processes
  • Monitor existing portfolio performance and proactively manage risk
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in credit analysis, investment banking, private debt, or property finance
  • Strong financial modelling and investment presentation skills
  • A genuine interest in credit, private capital, and property development
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
