You will engage in both the technical and client-facing aspects of geotechnical projects, helping to shape the future of infrastructure across Australia.

The Opportunity

  1. Communicate with clients and project engineers to understand project requirements.
  2. Plan, specify, and manage site investigations and laboratory testing programmes.
  3. Carry out research and investigations to assess ground conditions and contribute to the design process.
  4. Develop and implement site safety management plans and ensure their compliance during investigations.
  5. Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, analyze data, and assist in the development of project-specific solutions.

Is this role right for you?

  1. A recognised tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in geotechnical design and construction.
  3. Technical competence in geotechnical design software (e.g., LPile, Plaxis2D & 3D, AutoCAD).
  4. Strong planning, organisational, and project management skills.
  5. The ability to develop successful client relationships and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
