  • Hybrid working, from the Good360 Redistribution Centre in Smithfield on Tuesday and Thursday

The impact you will have in this role

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, this pivotal role will strategically develop and manage cause marketing campaigns and activations with our corporate partners. You will be instrumental in maximizing brand advocacy, executing impactful campaigns that drive revenue, and fostering long-term relationships with corporate donors. Additionally, you will oversee our public relations efforts, collaborating with external PR agencies to enhance visibility and drive engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to develop creative campaigns that meet internal goals and stakeholder expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is driven by purpose, and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Previous experience in the Not-For-Profit sector would be advantageous.

What to expect in your role

  • Relationship Building & Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with corporate donor marketing teams, acting as the primary contact for all marketing activities. Identify new partnership opportunities and ensure donor satisfaction.
  • Campaign & Project Management & Execution: Develop and execute cause marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with donor objectives and Good360's mission. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and measure performance using KPIs.
  • PR & Media: Oversee the management of Good360's PR agency, identifying and leveraging media opportunities to raise awareness of our mission and campaigns.
  • General Marketing: Work with the broader Marketing Team to develop and implement marketing strategies, collaborating with the Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to ensure partners content gets featured appropriately and encourage external engagement; stay informed about market trends and support event marketing initiatives.

What you bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of media channels (owned, earned, paid) and experience in holistic marketing strategies spanning digital and traditional mediums.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills for effective campaign and project management.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing PR agencies.
  • A proactive mindset with strong strategic thinking and opportunity-spotting abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing funnel strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Bonus Points for

  • Experience in the Not-For-Profit or Social Service sector is preferred.
  • Experience planning and executing events is advantageous.
