Overview

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the flagship store in Manly, NSW. Lead the #GhandaGang in our NSW flagship location - Manly.

Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 40 team members
  • Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with Stock Allocator, and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
About You
  • With demonstrated leadership experience - leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style aligned with our values
  • Customer-focused, strong fundamentals, takes retail seriously
  • Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required— Ghanda values the right attitude
