Cyber Security Operations Team Lead

Seeking a Team Lead for our SOC, to be responsible for leading a team of Cyber Security Engineers and delivering Integrated Services Management.

Overview:

The NTT Cyber Security Managed Services Team is a dynamic and high-performing team that provides services to NTT Australia's largest corporate clients. The MS Operations Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Cyber Security engineers and delivering Integrated Services Management across specific ITIL disciplines.

Primary Duties:

  1. Provide leadership and support to the Cyber Security Engineering team in Melbourne/Sydney.
  2. Manage the resourcing requirements of a 24x7 on-call security operation team.
  3. Be available to provide "out of business hours" support.
  4. Continually evaluate and improve work processes, systems, and practices within the team.
  5. Monitor and develop the team's high standard of technical and professional skills.
  6. Ensure each team member has a Career Development Plan.
  7. Work with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams for recruitment.

Experience:

  1. Proven relevant leadership experience of 5 – 10 years with overall 10+ years of IT experience.
  2. Highly developed leadership and people management skills.
  3. Experience in an outsourced delivery environment.
  4. Prior experience in an environment utilizing the ITIL Services Framework.
  5. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of IT Cyber Security and Network Security technologies.
  7. Planning and administrative ability, including basic project management.
  8. Proven track record of achieving business targets.
  9. Strong internal and client relationship management skills.
  10. Knowledge of Cloud Security solutions.

Education and Training:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
  2. Splunk Core / Splunk Enterprise Certifications.
  3. Cisco and Palo Alto Certifications.
