The Team – Infinity Portfolio Management

Infinity Portfolio Management (IPM) offer a bespoke investment management service to wholesale clients only, typically HNW/UHNW families and for-purpose entities.

Our clients receive investment advice and access to institutional grade investment solutions and research covering all asset classes. Investment solutions include direct equities (ASX & globally listed), managed fuds, managed accounts and privet assets. The team also has deep expertise in offering direct equity & derivative strategies for clients seeking lower volatility and increased cashflow.

The team prides itself on high-touch approach to client engagement, centered around quarterly meetings, which has provided clients with consistencies and clarity through market cycles in otherwise volatile markets.

About the Role

The roles key responsibilities involve taking on some existing client relationships and the management and implication of client portfolios, family meetings and reviews, as well as being an active driver of new client relationships with referrals we receive from our financial adviser and other intermediate networks.

You will be strongly supported by 1:1 relationships with an Associate, plus the trading and administration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with and lead a practical book of existing client relationships with HNW/UHNW families.
• Advertising, reviewing and implementing portfolios for clients on an ongoing basis.
• Acting as the lead for new business meetings and engagement with Financial Advisors and intermediaries.
• Opportunities to demonstrate leadership and offer mentoring, being the focal point of our business unit locally.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• A bachelor's degree qualification, ideally within Commerce or a related field
• 5+ years experience in the financial sector as an Advisor or Portfolio Manager, including experience advising clients on direct share portfolios.
• Willingness to undertake and complete further studies and/or examinations as required by legislation, as well as an accelerated undertaking of additional accreditations related to the role if not already held, such as SMSF and ADA1/ ADA2 accreditations.
• Derivates experience is favorable but not necessary.
