We're looking for an experienced Audio-Visual Specialist to join our Campus Technology team. You'll oversee AV system design, installation, and support across University venues, working with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver engaging, reliable AV solutions.

• Manage AV lifecycle, from design to asset management.
• Provide hands-on support for AV systems and venues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Supervise AV Technicians when required.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and standards.

• Strong experience in AV technologies within large enterprises.
• Strong technical expertise in AV installation, management, and configuration.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and customer service skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and willingness to learn.

Desirable: Tertiary AV qualification, ITIL certification, Agile experience.
