Personal Care Worker Role

We are seeking experienced Support Workers/Personal Care Workers who provide caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. Your New Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care duties: assist clients with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management and mobility assistance.
  • Social support duties: transport clients to shopping, medical appointments and social outings.

Requirements

  • Australian Driver's License and a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services/completed first year of a Nursing degree.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check.
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Must reside within 15-20km radius of Sutherland Shire for a convenient commute.
  • Authorised to work in Australia.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • High level of time management and organisational ability.
