Your Role

Depending on your professional background, your role may include:

• Speech Pathologist: Deliver functional, client-led speech and communication assessments and interventions in home, community, and telehealth settings.

• Social Worker: Provide therapeutic support, advocacy, risk assessments, and psychosocial interventions to individuals and families navigating complex life experiences.

• Behaviour Support Practitioner: Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.

• Counsellor: Offer trauma-informed counselling services to individuals of all ages, supporting emotional regulation, mental wellbeing, and personal growth.

• Early Intervention Therapist: Deliver play-based and developmentally appropriate support to children aged 0–9, working closely with families and support networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based services in alignment with NDIS Practice Standards

• Maintain accurate, professional case notes and documentation

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Build strong rapport with clients, families, and stakeholders

• Participate in reflective practice, supervision, and team meetings

• Deliver supports in-home, school, community, or online

Mandatory Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in your discipline (e.g. Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Speech Pathology, Diploma/Bachelor of Counselling, etc.)

• Valid ABN and professional indemnity insurance

• Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence

• Australian residency or appropriate working rights

• Experience working with NDIS participants and knowledge of NDIS framework

• Experience working in rural or regional settings

• Familiarity with trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approaches

• Flexibility to travel across Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla

• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
