Make an impact as a Customer Service Coordinator at our UniLodge @ Metro Adelaide location. In this role, you will foster a welcoming environment ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency at reception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience.
  • Assist with enquiries that range from student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
  • Monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed.
  • Coordinating and executing administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).
About you:
  • Hotel reception, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High levels of computer literacy with ability to learn new systems.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months).
  • Working with Children Check (SA).
  • SA State Real Estate Qualification: Hold or can acquire a valid and current Certificate – Property Management Registration registered with the department of Consumer Business and Services.
