About the Role

Liquor Team Member | BWS | Passionate About People. Leave your mark as a BWS Team Member. You'll engage with customers, share your passion for our products, and help create memorable moments. You'll promote BWS loyalty programs, ensure stock on shelves, maintain a safe and clean environment, and uphold service of alcohol guidelines. You'll have the freedom to shine and bring your authentic self to work.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for products and creating memorable moments
  • Advocate for BWS loyalty programs and communicate benefits and offerings
  • Ensure stock is available on shelves for customers
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and teammates
  • Uphold service of alcohol guidelines
  • Be yourself and bring your unique energy to the team
About You / Qualifications
  • Confidently talk with customers to provide an engaging experience
  • Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
  • Desire to grow within the business and dream big about your future
  • Active lifestyle and willingness to stay active during shifts
  • Desire to make a positive impact in any role you grow into
