About The OpportunityWe are offering an exciting Maternal and Child Health student placement program for 2026, an opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience while studying. To support your journey, Cardinia Shire Council is offering a $3,000 sponsorship toward your studies in 2026.

If you are planning to study Maternal & Child Health in 2026 and have a combined minimum experience of 5 years in nursing and midwifery, we can offer you placement and work experience whilst studying, with the potential of gaining future employment upon completion of your studies. The successful candidate will show a passion for a career in Maternal and Child Health Nursing.
To Apply- Please read the Postgraduate Sponsorship Guidelines and respond to the key selection criteria (attached below). This can be uploaded in the cover letter section.
