Position Details

We're expanding rapidly in Australia and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our high-performing Facilities & Engineering team at our Welshpool site in Western Australia.

About the Role

As a key part of our site operations, you'll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing critical electrical systems in our large-scale cold storage facility.

You'll apply your technical expertise to support automation equipment, conveyors, barcode scanners, and high-volume refrigeration and distribution systems—while upholding safety and compliance standards.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, safety-first industrial electrician who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install, test, and maintain power supply wiring, conduit, and electrical components for machines and equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures to identify faults or hazards
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of automated systems
• Fault-find and maintain Allen-Bradley PLCs and support scanner system operations
• Respond to urgent fault requests and maintain performance across high-demand logistics infrastructure
• Provide input on equipment condition, offering recommendations for replacement or upgrades
• Conduct routine electrical maintenance inspections and ensure compliance with FSANZ, HACCP, CoR, and other safety standards

What You'll Bring

• Valid Australian Electrical Licence
• Extensive experience in industrial electrical work
• Knowledge of maintenance systems (e.g., MEX or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• High attention to safety and regulatory compliance

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting
