Opportunity Overview

A Customer Service Representative is sought after to join our team in Eastern Creek NSW. This is a full-time, permanent role.

The Customer Service Representative will provide comprehensive support to Arjo customers and clients across Australia & New Zealand via various communication channels. The team collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, and Aftermarket departments.

We are seeking an individual who:

  • Liaises with Sales, Aftermarket, Operations, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of Arjo products, features, and brand.
  • Represents the company culture by presenting a professional image to customers.
  • Answers incoming calls promptly and efficiently, responding to requests knowledgeably and helpfully to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enters sales orders accurately, efficiently, and effectively into the system.
