Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals are looking for a Senior Health Funding Analyst to join their collaborative, supportive and dynamic team

Your New Role

Do you want to be part of a driven and supportive team who share a passion for quality, performance, and overall patient satisfaction? We are looking for an experienced Senior Health Funding Analyst to analyse and report on healthcare funding and activity data to support service planning, optimize funding, and ensure accurate performance monitoring across multiple facilities.

About You

You will understand Metro South Health's values and have a genuine desire to join our team You will contribute to our team with your passion and experience to deliver exceptional services to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide accurate activity information to management and clinicians to support Activity management and service planning.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to help ensure activity and financial information is consistent and accurate.
• Provide data for clinical benchmarking and utilisation studies, including analysis and interpretation of Health Round Table data
• Be able to work at several other facilities located across Metro South Health as required

Logan Hospital

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.

Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion .
