Ready to LEAD the charge? You\'ll be the person who walks into a room and instantly makes it 10x more exciting. Travel across Queensland delivering our 10+ interactive programs while managing and mentoring assistant facilitators during workshops. You\'ll be leading workshops on topics like Public Speaking and Entrepreneurship to Emotional Intelligence - REAL life skills that empower the next generation of leaders and innovators.

• Confidently deliver workshops that teach young people REAL life skills
• Coach facilitators and set standards other teams aspire to reach
• Travel Opportunities from the Gold Coast to Far North Queensland and sometimes around Australia

• Advanced Facilitation superpowers - you\'ve done this before and people loved it. You can ENERGETICALLY engage a room of 5 or 500. You are a confident public speaker and can adapt workshops on the fly to suit the audience you\'re working with.
• Leadership experience - others naturally look to you for guidance. (Extra points if you have experience starting your own business, so you are able to share your first hand lived Entrepreneurial journey to our participants)
• Youth whisperer status - working with young people doesn\'t scare you, it energises you You are adaptable with working at engaging students of all backgrounds and abilities.
• Clear Communicator - you could explain AI to your grandma.
