Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight of pharmacy operations as Pharmacist in Charge
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality healthcare services and patient care in line with professional standards
  • Collaborate with a friendly, dedicated team to support community care
  • Utilise modern pharmacy tools and robotic dispensing technology to optimise workflow
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional requirements
  • Manage daily scheduling and operations to maintain efficient service levels
What You Bring / Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy and current AHPRA registration
  • The right to live and work in Australia
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
  • Empathy, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset
Employment Details
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Location: Banora Point, Queensland
Hours (availability)
  • Tuesday 8am – 8pm
  • Wednesday 12pm – 8pm
  • Friday 9am – 8pm
  • Saturday 8am – 5pm
