About the Role

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Camper store in Chadstone; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.

As a Camper Store Manager, your mission will be to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth. You will offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team's potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Customer Experience Management: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with customers at an omnichannel level.
  • Team Management: Lead the team, participate in recruitment, train/coach, and inspire by example.
  • Business Results & Efficiency: Manage the point of sale efficiently, influence commercial decisions and use business analysis to drive results.
  • Brand Image: Uphold Camper's culture, values and principles; maintain a premium brand image aligned with the Company's identity and ESG principles.
  • Operational Excellence: Carry out store operations according to Company policies and procedures; drive efficiency in the omnichannel context.
About You

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team.
  • You are flexible and available to work full-time.
  • You inspire people and have strong energy, teamwork and leadership.
  • You are a great communicator, decisive and highly results-oriented.
  • You encourage curiosity, diversity and collaboration with an innovative mindset.
  • You speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • You have the legal right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
